Return Policy and Conditions
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for most merchandise. Certain restrictions apply to the products listed below. Please check through for more detail. After 7 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from here and is required for ALL returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.
We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.

- All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All

- All returned items must be in resalable conditions.

- All returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer after 7 days of invoice. Manufacturer
